Veralum Angling Club Partnership Announced

Veralum Angling Club has a rich history dating back to 1934 when it was formed by a group of local businessmen. It is now one of the largest clubs in the area with a host of venues on its books offering everything from lakes with 40lb carp to rivers with huge barbel and some lovely intimate still waters letting you just have a enjoyable day fishing for whatever comes along.

With it being so close to Spotted Fin HQ, a number of our staff have fished it over the years and have a close connection with the club and we were keen to get involved as a brand. As such, we are thrilled to announce that we have officially partnered as of today (3rd June 2019) giving a host of benefits to all parties.

We caught up with the brains behind Spotted Fin, Pele Johnson to find out exactly what the partnership involves…

“Veralum Angling Club and Spotted Fin have agreed a partnership in principle with regards the two bodies working closely together for the good of the club, the brand and angling as a whole.
This partnership allows Spotted Fin to reach more people as a brand, but it also gives us the opportunity to support Verulam, not only in things like sponsoring their match leagues and carp competitions, but also allowing Spotted Fin to get involved with junior coaching, supporting open days, product demos for members and trying to get more local people involved with angling through the club. As an added bonus, if you are a member of Veralum Angling Club we will also extend a 10% discount on our products to you. You will be given more details on how to get this from the club shortly.”
