Pea Protein is derived from yellow split peas and is a natural vegetable-based protein offering a comprehensive nutritional and amino acid profile. This version has a protein content of 83% and less than 3% fat content. It is free from gluten, lactose, cholesterol and other anti-nutritional factors. Due to the process it goes through to become an isolate, pea protein is extremely digestible for fish.
